Attending NLITED Project Summer Course in Gdansk (PL)

I attended the wonderful NLITED summer course on Integrated Techniques for Daylighting Education. This enriching seven-day boot camp, held from 26 August to 1 September 2023 in Poland, was organized by Gdańsk University of Technology. Guided by absolute daylighting experts, we collaborated and had various lectures from a diverse network of industry professionals and researchers. The week finished with showcasing some innovative ideas of city planning, facade and interior design for better daylighting, at the Gdynia Design Days, marking the completion of a rigorous 4 ECTS workload.

I’m grateful to the organizing team for a wonderful and educational experience, Mandana Sarey Khanie, Natalia Sokol, Niko Gentile, and Federica Giuliani. And to the renowned professionals like Mathias Sønderskov Schaltz, Katharina Wulff, and Emanuele Naboni for sharing their knowledge. This course was a wonderful opportunity to connect with a global community dedicated to daylighting.
